Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We recommend providing your order number and the email address used during purchase to expedite the cancellation process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with special discounts, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or bonus items associated with the original purchase must be returned with the product to qualify for a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about when you expected to receive the refund. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed about the status of your refund.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method after verifying your identity and purchase details.
